Terms of sale
The seller is Samuel Bortey trading as Zestperk, a sole trader. Business and returns address: 10 Indus Road, Shaftesbury, Dorset, SP7 8FU, United Kingdom. Email [email protected]. Zestperk is the trading name. There is no company number because this is not a limited company.
The contract
These terms cover orders placed on this website. A product page is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we email you to accept it, which we do after Stripe confirms payment. If we cannot accept an order — because an item has gone out of stock, or the address is outside our delivery area — we will refund the payment in full and tell you.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK mainland delivery. Zestperk is not registered for VAT, so VAT is not added at checkout. We may change a price at any time before a contract is made. The price you pay is the price shown when you start payment.
Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave.
Delivery and cancellation
Delivery is described on the delivery page. Your cancellation rights, and your rights if goods are faulty, are described on the returns page and form part of these terms.
Using the site
You may browse and order for private use. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use it in a way that disrupts it. Product photographs are used for this shop. Please do not reuse them.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that the law says we cannot exclude. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking the contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring a claim in your local courts. The European Commission’s online dispute platform has closed. You may use the courts, and you can ask your local Citizens Advice or trading standards office for help.
