Delivery

The seller is Samuel Bortey trading as Zestperk, a sole trader. Business address: see Contact. Email [email protected]. Zestperk is the trading name. There is no company number because this is not a limited company.

Delivery is included

The price on the product page is the price you pay. UK mainland delivery is included. There is no separate delivery charge and nothing extra to reach a threshold.

We post to addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We do not yet deliver to:

• Northern Ireland
• the Scottish Highlands, including Inverness, Caithness and the highland parts of Perthshire, Aberdeenshire and Stirlingshire
• Scottish islands, including Orkney, Shetland, the Hebrides, Arran and the Argyll islands
• the Isles of Scilly
• the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey
• BFPO addresses

Checkout refuses a postcode in those areas. The list is provisional until the carriers confirm it. If your address is refused and you think it should be included, email us and we will check.

How long it takes

Most items are dispatched within 1–2 working days, or within 3–4 working days in October, November and December, then sent by Royal Mail (lighter parcels) or APC (heavier parcels). A few items are dispatched the same working day if you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, then sent by Royal Mail tracked, usually within two working days. The product page says which applies.

These are dispatch windows, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier delays and bank holidays can add time. We will email you if something we have taken payment for cannot be sent.

Where it comes from

Goods are sent from a UK warehouse. We do not publish a warehouse address. Parcels are addressed to the name and address you give at checkout.
