Delivery
The price includes UK mainland delivery. Most items leave within 1–2 working days, or 3–4 working days in October, November and December. We do not deliver to the Highlands, islands or Northern Ireland yet. Full delivery terms.
Returns
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, then you have 14 days to send the goods back. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described. Sealed bath, oil and skincare items cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Returns promise.

You pay by card through Stripe. We never see the card number. Pay in 3 is not offered at the moment.
