Buying candles and home fragrance

What we can tell you about a candle, and what we will not guess.

The product title is the description we were given: scent name, size or pack, when those words are in the title. We do not add burn times, wax types or fragrance notes that are not written there.

The price includes UK mainland delivery. Most of these lines are dispatched within 1–2 working days, or 3–4 working days in October, November and December. The product page says which.

You can change your mind within 14 days of delivery. A sealed oil, melt or skincare item is not returnable for a change of mind once the seal is broken. That does not affect your rights if it is faulty.
